Sleep affect the learning ?


Sleep and Learning reflection.


1. How does sleep effect your learning? 2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?


1.     The sleep affect our learning in many ways for example : If a student don't will sleep like 10-8 hours that it the normal. The student will have problem  learn in the school because the brain need take a break.

2.    Course why not  because you not take the break for you brain so you will feel tired in the morning and you can't concentrate in something.

3.    I will change the time to sleep and do something . It think  i will make a calendar for each night what time need to sleep so that it the way to help myself and feel really to star the next day.
